The Retreat at Church Ranch is locally owned and operated by Gerontologist Robin and Cindy Avery. As a married couple working side by side for forty years they have a mature model with loyal, very experienced and competent staff. Thoroughly integrated into the medical professions, including therapies, home health, geriatric physician groups, and mental health professionals ensures our residents get the best care they need. The stewardship of our community is important to us. Our mission and purpose of delivering competent and kind care lie at the heart of who we are. Our apartments come in various sizes and floor plans, anywhere from a studio to a two bedroom, with a base monthly rent assigned. In order to allow our residents to age in place, we offer levels of care, rather than "add-on fees". If a higher level of care is needed, as determined by a standardized assessment, it will be added to the base rate. There are no extra "surprise" charges.
